- Creating and maintaining the brand and product design roadmap, ensure it is aligned with the overarching product and commercial roadmap and is highly effective in its contribution and execution of the business priorities.
- Continue, grow and evolve the brand with the Lead Brand Designer so it continues to stand out in the industry, effectively move into new verticals without becoming irrelevant to existing client industries, and be industry-leaders in brand execution and visual storytelling.
- Review, creative direct and approve high-level brand identity changes or additions.
- Manage the brand and product overlap in partnership with Marketing and ensure the effective consistency and relationship between the two.
- Review and give final approval for new or amended product designs, platform functionality and user interface updates before going to development.
- Review and approve any and all platform changes on test environment before going to production.
- Act as user-interface guardian and ensure only the best experiences are delivered to the client, while also maintaining delivery momentum.
- Understand and translate client feedback and requests, as well as product operation insights on user behaviour, into reasonable and effective platform experience upgrades without compromising existing quality and user journeys.
- Fully scope and lead the requirements-gathering process together with the relevant product owner, for big and impactful platform features and changes and ensure relevant stakeholder are involved, such as Legal and Compliance.
- Train and guide designers to ensure progress and improvement in their skills against team delivery as well as personal career progress.
- Run and guide effective brainstorms with designers and other team members to develop new, cutting-edge ideas and executions on both brand and product.
- Manage design resources to effectively deliver against business needs.
- Motivate and inspire designers to continually push boundaries and create innovative and cutting-edge designs.
