The Product Communication & Marketer will be at the forefront of our product-related content and branding initiatives, responsible for crafting compelling product pitches and educational guidelines and ensuring consistency in product terminology across various delivery channels. The individual will work collaboratively across the organisation to aid in the creation and maintenance of brand assets, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and values.

What the role involves
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine product pitch materials tailored to different audience segments.
  • Stay updated with product changes and market dynamics to ensure pitch relevancy.
  • Craft comprehensive and user-friendly product educational content for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of training programs and materials for sales and other front-line teams.
  • Standardise product terminology and ensure consistency across all delivery channels.
  • Work with internal teams to address any discrepancies or issues related to product terminology.
  • Collaborate with departments such as product development, sales, and design to gather insights and feedback.
  • Assist in the creation of brand assets related to the product, ensuring they align with the company's branding strategy.
  • Adapt product content and guidelines for various delivery channels, including social media, web, and direct sales.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance across channels and make adjustments as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in product marketing.

Must have experience
Skills Required
  • Proven track record in crafting compelling product content and brand assets.
  • Strong understanding of different delivery channels and their specific requirements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for brand and content consistency.
  • Proficiency with content management systems and design tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus
