What the role involves
Purpose of the role
  • As an experienced leader with a track record of developing market potential, you will manage the Estonian entity and oversee all aspects of the operations of the country and its sales growth. Ensuring the success and growth of the market through business development, adherence to all relevant financial and regulatory requirements to protect our business and our Clients and developing our Estonian team capability as experts in our field.

Key responsibilities of the role
  • You will be responsible for the management of the operations of the Estonian entity, reporting to the Group CEO of Pay Perform Ltd.
  • Liaise with the Group CFO regarding the financial performance and requirements of the entity.
  • You will lead all commercial activities to drive progress to achieve ambition to scale up the Estonian entity, including building relationships with all commercial parties.
  • Lead on all business development activities to maximise the potential in the market through expert local crypto knowledge and execution.
  • Liaise with the Group CCO and General Counsel regarding the adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements to ensure protection of the business from risk and for appropriate management of our Clients.
  • Liaise with the Executive regarding the longer term strategy and operating plan for the entity.
  • Lead on the recruitment and development of the Estonian team to ensure that a team is in place to fully execute the Estonian business plan.
  • You will manage the regulatory reporting and relationship development processes with third parties, in conjunction with the group CCO/MLRO.
  • You will prepare and submit necessary reports and escalations to the company entity’s Board and senior management as required.
